If you are having issues faxing out to a failed destination please try the following quick step.

1) Using any normal phone with a working phone service. Dial the (Failing Fax Number)
2) Upon dialing wait on the line to hear SHARP Modem sounds. (If Modem sounds see Success)(If no sound or other message see step 3)
3) If you get a Voice recorded message please listen and follow instructions. If no sound or dead line please make sure your destination is valid.

Success) if you hear the sharp modem noises this clearly shows that a device is listening and ready for communication. You may hang up and send your fax using the proper methods.
